Refund policy

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can just package it up and send it back within 14 days from the date you received the item. Every purchase includes a return shipment label with instructions. No email contact is necessary unless you feel there is a problem or potential problem.

If you want to notify me ahead of time and/or leave some feedback, you can click on the Return Center button at the bottom of most product pages. This is optional and no reason or explanation is necessary, but it would be nice to know what the problem was. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return labels and instructions are included with every order.

To be approved for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is best to return the item in the original packaging so as to not get damaged during shipping. 

As a reminder, at the bottom of most product pages there is a Returns Center button/link that you can press and a page appears requesting your invoice number and email address necessary to identify your purchase.  This is optional. You can just send the item back and when we receive it we will issue you a refund within 24 hours. See refund info below.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming all is well, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one day, usually the same day. I will send you another email as confirmation that your refund has been applied. It may take up to a week for the credit card company to apply it to your account.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at diane@longspeakceramics.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
